When you interact with our smart contracts:

• Your wallet address is publicly visible on the blockchain
• Transaction history is publicly recorded and permanent
• NFT ownership is publicly verifiable

Blockchain data is decentralized and permanent. We cannot delete or modify it.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device information
• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website

We use collected information to:

• Provide access to NFT-gated content
• Process transactions and verify NFT ownership
• Send important updates about the Platform or your NFTs

4.1 Blockchain Networks

Transactions occur on public blockchains (Apechain, Base, Polygon, Abstract, Somnia). These networks are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies.

4.2 Wallet Providers

Wallet providers (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, etc.) have their own privacy policies. We do not control or access your private keys.

4.3 Analytics

We may use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Plausible) to understand how users interact with the Platform. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

4.4 Hosting and Infrastructure

Content is hosted on third-party services including IPFS, AWS, Vercel, or similar providers.

DIXO OnChain operates globally. If you are outside Mexico, your information may be transferred to and processed in Mexico or other countries.

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us immediately.
